To incorporate limited company in Hong Kong, you will need to provide the following:

  • Brief description of the company’s business
  • The company’s structure
  • Proposed name of the company
  • Name of shareholder(s)
  • Name of director(s)
  • Copy of passport in color
  • Utility bill(s) / bank statement(s) / or correspondence(s) from government agency which
    is(are) less than three months old

If the designated shareholder is a body corporate, then the following are needed:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Constitution / Articles of Association
  • Certificate of Incumbency
  • Official legal information mentioning the shareholder(s) and director(s) of the company
