To incorporate limited company in Hong Kong, you will need to provide the following:
- Brief description of the company’s business
- The company’s structure
- Proposed name of the company
- Name of shareholder(s)
- Name of director(s)
- Copy of passport in color
- Utility bill(s) / bank statement(s) / or correspondence(s) from government agency which
is(are) less than three months old
If the designated shareholder is a body corporate, then the following are needed:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Constitution / Articles of Association
- Certificate of Incumbency
- Official legal information mentioning the shareholder(s) and director(s) of the company
- Proof of Identity & Address(s) of Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s)
- Share capital, consideration, and number of shares
